Best way to contact you?We have a Mobile number but unfortunatly cant alway have it with us due to being out of serivce or on the water. Do you ship internationally?Sadly, no. We only ship with Australia.

How fresh are the oysters?We harvest your oysters from our farm the day its shipped to enure the are as fresh as possible and have the maximum shelf life.

How much is Shipping?All Oyster orders have FREE express Shipping. Oyster knife Only order will have a shipping fee.

How long do the oysters last?Closed Oysters stored properly can last up to 10-12 days from harvest date. Then another 3-4 days once opened.

Where are you Located?We are based in Batemans Bay on the NSW South coast. Our Leases are located in 3 different esturarys Cylde River, Tomaga River And Tuross Lake.

How to store the oysters?Closed oysters should remain ideally between 12-14 degress celcious. Then refrigerated once opened. Each order is sent with a care instruction card with how to store ans common questions.

Do you have a physical store?No! we are only online.

What days do you ship orders?Mondays for NT, WA, Nth QLD & SA. Mondays and Tuesdays NSW, ACT, VIC & Sth QLD. This is to avoid oyster being held up in transit over weekends. Orders Placed Wednesday - Sunday will be shipped the following MONDAY.
